West Winds was purchased and comprehensively renovated to create a modern and welcoming property. Following refurbishment, the property was successfully launched as a holiday let and serviced accommodation. It now provides comfortable accommodation for visitors and workers associated with local renewable energy projects, delivering strong and consistent occupancy rates.
LONG-TERM RENTAL INVESTMENT
Blinkbonnie underwent a full renovation programme designed to create a high-quality home suitable for long-term occupation. Following completion, the property was successfully let to a long-term tenant, providing reliable rental income and demonstrating the value that can be created through thoughtful refurbishment and property improvement.
CLIENT RENOVATION PROJECT
Working on behalf of a client, this project involved a complete clearance and renovation of the property from top to bottom. Once completed, the property was handed back to the owner and successfully re-let on a long-term basis. The refurbishment significantly improved the property's condition, appeal, and income-generating potential.
